<p>you will get cut-up in a week, but you will also lose some mass. so bone up on your mass to give you a buffer zone when you lose weight. you dont want to look skinny when you cut up, you just want to look lean. </p>
<p>so here it is again:</p>
<p>eat fish, make it a core part of your diet &#8211; at least two of your meals should include fish.</p>
<p>CHicken &#8211; boiled and steamed</p>
<p>salt &#8211; the less the better</p>
<p>if you can stick to this diet for two weeks your abs will be ripped. period.</p>

<p> -Crunches  tone and develop  abs. They cannot melt the fat layer that lies on top of the abs. the only way to lose the fat is to do some form of cardio ( skipping, jogging, cycling and so on for no less than 30 minutes 3-4 times a week. These exercises are a must if you want to get rid of the fatt and expose the abs anything that helps increase the metabolic rate will melt away fat, causing your body to use up all stored forms of energy, in short, your fat. Aerobics exercises target specific areas of body fat, weight training increases the body&#8217;s overall metabolic rate, so in a way it enhances the action of aerobics.</p>
<p>Even if you&#8217;ve got a fantastic workout, you still need to vary your moves every few weeks. The longer you stick with an exercise programme, the more efficient your body becomes at doing it You end up using less energy and burning fewer calories, and you won&#8217;t get optimal results. Research shows muscles can adapt in as few as four to five workouts.</p>
<p>Keeping your muscles from getting bored doesn&#8217;t mean scrounging up an all-new routine, either Constantly making small tweaks to the same moves is enough. For example, instead of placing your hands by your ears when you do crunches, try extending your arms in front of you or do oblique twists on an incline bench rather than the floor.</p>
<p>Exercising while holding a weighted ball or dumbbell is another way to switch things up once you get stronger. Use enough weight so that you can&#8217;t do more than 15 to 20 reps at a time.</p>

<p><a rel="nofollow" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slovakia" title="Slovakia" ></a>Timea became involved in  fitness tournaments at a very young age. Timea thanks her twin and her father as major influences in her life for her athleticism. She &#8220;was always doing man&#8217;s activities because of her two brothers.&#8221; She calls herself a &#8216;tomboy&#8217;. (Timea Majorova DVD).</p>
<p>Timea is a linguist she speaks her native tngue as well as engish and hungarian.  She also has a degree from a university in slovakia for physical therapy</p>
<p>Placing 2nd on her first competition ( Ms. slovakia fitness championships -1994) she never looked back. Upon getting her VIsa approved to the USA she moved to LA to further her fitness career. Representing slovakia thorugh USA she won the amateur World Championships in 1997, then the fitness olympia in 1998 where she placed 6th overall</p>
<p>Timea released the &#8220;Timea Majorova: Living the American Dream&#8221; DVD in 2007, where she and her husband shows thier cardio drills and nutrition regimen</p>
