ABS WORKOUT WOMEN – A FIVE MINUTE CARDIO WORKOUT TO SHOW OF YOUR ABS!
a complete abs workout for women should always, always include a cardio circuit. Many women (and men) believe that doing endless crunches, sit-ups, and roman chair raises will cut-up th abdominals.
these excersices only develop the muscles, make them bulge a little and give seperation between the major abs muscles
To achieve true fitness model like abs, the abs you see in magazine covers , you must incorporate at least a five minute cardio workout to help reveal your ab muscles
Many fitness models just use a simple 5 minute cardio set to shed tummy fat and show of the effects of the crunches
so here is a simpe 5 minute routine women can incorporate into thier abs workout
a. skip rope – do it like boxers do – ever seen manny pacquiaos abs??? do a fast-slow-fast slow numner for 3 minutes
b. hop on bench – hop on a short bench one leg at a time like your climbing stairs do this for a minute
c. get on a tread mill and do your fastest run for 1 minute
That’s it – incorporate this into your workout (before you do your abs) and youll see wonders in your mid-section –
