cut abs diet
a true cut abs diet should be simple. and here it is if you want to get cut abs . you need to cut out pizza, (dairy products) use skim milk, take whey protein, eat los of steamed fish, boiled chicken wothout the skin and lastly cut out the salt.
you will get cut-up in a week, but you will also lose some mass. so bone up on your mass to give you a buffer zone when you lose weight. you dont want to look skinny when you cut up, you just want to look lean.
so here it is again:
eat fish, make it a core part of your diet – at least two of your meals should include fish.
CHicken – boiled and steamed
salt – the less the better
if you can stick to this diet for two weeks your abs will be ripped. period.
